See eye MD NOW: Probably just a broken capillary which can be caused by coughing, sneezing, hard nose blowing, bending over to tie shoes without exhaling, lifting something heavy without exhaling, straining to move bowels, exuberant orgasm. You should see eye md to rule out anything more serious.

Eye redness: Redness of the eye can mean many things: dryness, infection, corneal abrasion, subconjunctival hemorrhage, allergy, foreign body, etc. If you wear contact lenses, you need to see an eyemd asap. Persistent redness with pain, especially after trauma needs to also be evaluated under the microscope by an eyemd asap.
