No: Could be some fat or momentum from inside, but concern is pus and infection and a dehiscence of the fascia holding it together see your surgeon.

Not normal: It may be normal to have scant "clear" liquid the first few days after surgery, but what you are describing appears to be a wound infection. Don't panic, it is usually a minor infection that heals well with antibiotics. However, i will highly recommend a quick call to your surgeon.
