Depends: If you have miscarriages without any procedures, then you need to get evaluated to identify the cause behind your recurrent miscarriages. However, if you have a miscarriage and have a surgical procedure done like a dilatation and evacuation repeatedly, then you are at risk for scar tisse or adhesions forming in your uterus which will reduce your chances of getting pregnant in the future.

Mulitple abortions: Depends on how many, how they are done and how far along you have been at the time. There is no exact number or kind of abortions associated with long term complications. In general, however, taking control of your life so that you don't need abortions will be better for your mental health.
