PPP: Pearly penile papules is not a disease. It is a normal skin variant and does not need treatment or a cure. If they are particularly distressing you may see a dermatologist for evaluation but do not try wart remover!

Pearly papules: Be sure this is what you want. The picturesque bumps along the corona of the glans are benign and harmless and only one guy in about a hundred has really big ones. The choice is yours and your lifetime partner's should you have one. They can be removed using lasers. I have a physician friend who likes his & i hope you won't let weird internet ads control your thinking / decisions.
