Diarrhea: Stay on a bland diet, nothing greasy or fried. Stay off of diary products for a few days. Your diarrhea should clear up in5-7 days.

Treat symptoms?: If the diarrhea is minor then loperamide from the drug store should stop it. However, this med does not fix the underlying cause. A cure would need to be directed to the cause. There are many causes of diarrhea. If your diarrhea persists for more than a few weeks might want to see someone to get to the "bottom" of it.
