There is a bump on my head and there is little bumps on it ......... so what should i do and i have lice so what is it?

Well fed lice?: If you know you have lice, have you taken your medication (shampoo) as directed? If not, go see your family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment. S/he can also evaluate bump on your head. Perhaps it's a localized are of infection. Or those little bumps might be broken off hair. Lice are generally too small to easily see but by combing thru, you might pick up some nits (lice eggs).
