Piles or: Internal hemorrhoids can definitely be cured by properly performed hemorrhoid surgery. But before surgery, best to determine the reason you are having pile issues and correct what can be corrected. Then discuss options with a colorectal surgeon.

Piles: Surgery is an option however generally only after conservative management with fluids and fiber, then topical medications, then laser or rubber band treatment, them surgery could be considered.

Yes: The procedure is called a hemorrhoidectomy. It's not the most comfortable surgery to go through, but it will solve the problem. If the hemorrhoids aren't too severe, they can also be banded which is much less invasive and less uncomfortable.
