Anxiety: Sounds like you have anxiety or panic attacks if you are only 18 and less likely to be heart. See your dr. And get checked out, the reassurance may be good for you.

You're kind of young: But pins & needles, numbness (of the feet, i presume), and bad circulation can all be part of advanced peripheral arterial disease (pad), called "ischemic rest pain." it would be unusual in someone who's 48 but if you're a smoker, have diabetes, high blood pressure, or cholesterol, you'd fit the profile for early atherosclerotic disease. Consult with a vascular surgeon who can check your abi.
