Can not say for sure: In most people the diagonal branch is a minor artery. If a vein graft blocks off going to a diagonal artery - often it is not a big deal especially if everything else is ok. But in some people the diagonal is a major artery. Your cardiologist should be able to give you a better ideas of the risk of this blockage.
