Usually nothing: If you also have symptoms of burning or frquency of urination could indicate a uti. In absence of symptoms, which is usually the case, there is little cause for concer. Various salts can precipitate in urine causing whitish specks. However worthwhile getting a non-urgent urinalysis to make sure you aren't seeing clumps of cells or yeast, howeevr unlikely.
