May be tough to : Get a confirmed diagnosis. Cramping can be nonspecific, due to dehydration, deficiencies of calcium or potassium, associated with muscle or nerve disease, or even due to spasticity from brain or spinal cord. Not unique to see in a variety of metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiencies, and medication/drug reactions. So, have your primary doc perform a full evaluation and decide a course of action.
