Phimosis : A tight foreskin (phimosis) can become problematic if it is not routinely pulled back over the glans penis (head of the penis). This can lead to a surgical emergency called paraphimosis where the foreskin becomes stuck behind the glans penis and it swells. Phimosis can also be a problem if the foreskin can not be retracted sufficiently for proper cleaning. Circumcision is often the best option.

U need steroid cream: Prescription strength 01% Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) creams are worth trying. Applied to the tight portion of foreskin whilst retracting the shaft skin. Return foreskin back over the penile glans to avoid a tight ring of foreskin which can cause paraphimosis which is difficult to reduce & usually means a circumcision to prevent it happening again. Apply twice daily x 12 weeks.U may need circumcision.
