A member asked:

What are the symptoms of chronic dehydration? could it indicate something more serious?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dark urine: If your body is not getting enough fluids, the kidneys will try to "hold on to" water making your urine more concentrated and darker in color. Always having dark urine may increase your risk for kidney stones. The treatment is simple: drink more liquids until your urine if a very light color almost like water.
