See your doc for ekg: In your age group, first thing that comes to mind is a rhythm disturbance such as atrial flutter or fib. Both can be controlled with medication. Sometimes, they can cardiovert them, other times they can abalate the pathway to correct them. In any case, you need lab work and an ekg for diagnosis. Rarely, cardiac ischemic can be etiology in these cases.
