I have this weird itching on my neck around my throat but no rash just dark color rings. what could that be and what can i do to make it stop itching?

Allergic reaction: This could be pseudoacanthosis nigrocans found in heavy set people, or people with endocrine problems. It could also be an allergic reaction to fragrance. It is impossible to make definitive diagnosis. See physician for possible blood tests and treatment with prescription creams to decrease itching amd gradually lighten color.
