Cracked skin: Urea 40% cream or Ammonium Lactate Cream are both very good at softening painful calluses or dry skin. They also prevent cracking. You can find them over the counter or prescription strength. You could also have tinea pedis, otherwise known as athlete's foot. This would require treatment via antifungal cream or oral medication. See a podiatrist for an examination.
