No: Sgot = ast which is a liver enzyme. This is elevated, and there are a number of causes that can result in this. The most common these days if fatty liver (due to Insulin resistance from obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol/lipids in the blood). Other causes can be from hepatitis, autoimmune, alcohol, etc. See a liver specialist to test you and find the underlying cause.
