See below: I assume you are referring to the gram stain of some type of secretion or wound. This means that there are many gram negative bacilli such as e.Coli, klebsiella, proteus, pseudomonas etc seen on examining the gram stained specimen under the microscope. The specific gram neg bacillus should be identified on the culture results.
