See a neurologist: You may have had a type of seizure. Did they do an EEG or request a neuro conult.

Worst headache: I am assuming that you are wondering what the cause of your headache was. Unfortunately, we don't have the type of information that would be needed to make a stab at diagnosing you. If the symptoms recur - would hook up with your regular physician for further assessment.
