It depends: That depends on the stage of the cancer and how bad you're cirrhosis is. The treatment for lung cancer varies dependent upon how far the cancer has spread at diagnosis (stage). Certainly cirrhosis may make treatment more difficult, but it does not necessarily mean you can not be treated for lung cancer. You will need an experienced hepatologist and oncologist.
