Many: I like to divide risk factors into two categories. First are those you can not change. The other are those you can. For instance we can't change inherited risk factors. But we can control smoking, diet and exercise. Of the risk factors we can impact - probably smoking is the most important risk factory to control. Genetics is probably the biggest risk factor of all.
