Could be: But it could be many other things as well. Do you cough or get short of breath. Do you ever wheeze or have chest tightness? What is the nature of your chest pains (where are the pains, how long do they last, what is the character of the pain), etc. Cardiac issues could also cause pain after exercise (and during exercise); you should be evaluated as soon as possible (i.e. Today).

Many things possibly: Chest pain can be very serious to harmless, asthma can be one of them, but you should check this out with your doctor.
