Antibiotics/ Surgery: Acute colitis is usually treated with antibiotics, probiotics, and hydration. If it gets really bad, it may require surgery. A fecolith (aka fecal stone) can be removed by having an appendectomy. This should be done if you are having any symptoms or since you are young, should be done because your lifetime risk of appendicitis is relatively high.

Fecalith?: Are you trying to ask what to do based on a ct reading in the emergency room? If you have a reading of fecalith in the appendix with inflamation - surgery is warranted. Difficult to tell you with the description you provide.
