Pinching nerve: It is when your nerve is being pinched. Your nerve can be pinched in your shoulder, in your wrist, or in any joint for that matter. It is common to get piched nerves in your back area, wich could lead to "sciatica" for example.Conservative treatment is anti-inflammatory medicaitons and possible physical therapy. Epidurals may help, or even surgery may be needed if severe to relieve the "pinching".
