No: Because of resistance, the recommended treatment for gonorrhea is Ceftriaxone (with Azithromycin as well, because of concomitant non-gonococcal urethritis concerns).

Not best choice: Resistance to penicillin can be common. See a health care provider if you think you have a sexually transmitted infection.
