Vary: Symptoms vary from patient to patient. The most common symptoms are pain on one side or bleeding/spotting. Other less common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or lightheadedness. Unfortunately, there is no constellation of symptoms that reliably diagnoses an ectopic pregnancy.
