Possible: Irregular periods is only one sign of pcos. If this is the only one late cycle then no. If you have a history of irregular cycles than it is more likely. Pcos is associated with androgen excess( excessive hair growth/ acne). If you do not have androgen excess than its unlikely that you have pcos. Go to your doctor to be evaluated. Have you done a pregnancy test?
