Itchy scalp: May have dandruff or other condition that inflames scalp that is further irritated by salty sweat. If otc dandruff shampoos haven't helped, see pcp or dermatologist for rx help—antifungal shampoo or steroid shampoo/ foam to calm inflammation & reduce/ eliminate itching.
