Say what: What type steroids. Why? Legal or illegal? Irregardless you are messed up. Black tarry smelly stools mean upper GI bleeding. Need consult physician, list symptoms with list of symptoms as history all important. Using this class drugs puts you at risk for GI complications. You could have bleeding ulcer and ppi not helping or lower bowel problems. Need GI work up.
