No: I believe you are referring to a condition called oral thrush. This condition is found in people with decreased immune systems like aids, and people undergoing chemotherapy. Thrush is technically a fungal infection. Dna test are able to differentiate between human dna and other types of dna from bacteria and fungus. A normal healthy human mouth has hundreds of different species of bacteria present.
