See her doctor: 95% of women bleed much lighter or not at all after an ablation. So since your sister is bleeding heavily she needs to get checked out. I tell my patients that if the bleeding is really heavy or feeling lightheaded or in a lot of pain to call or be seen.

Yes you can: She should first exclude the possibility of pregnancy. Endometrial ablation does not reliably prevent pregnancy. Reliable contraception, usually sterilization is required. Any pregnancy that occurs after an ablation is very high risk. Once pregnancy is excluded hormone tests and an ultrasound could help in the evaluation.
