Is there any books or groups online that can help with overdosing?

Who is overdosing?: Are you thinking of overdosing? If you are, call someone now on any number of emergency hot lines or go to the emergency room. Contact a family or friend you trust to go with you, you should not be alone. If it's a friend or family member you are concerned about, do the same thing. If it is not either of those, you can go online and check out resources and check their reputations and credentials.

Overdose?: Most of us in the medical field here "overdose" and think this is intentional act possibly leading to death. Are you asking about persons who take a drug, often a normal dose, but then cannot help themselves and take more, and more. This is the basic definition of addiction, a person who is unable to control the use of an abusable medication for pain, anxiety, or "recreational use.".
