IgG3 And Cancer : Given that the newest efforts in anti cancer therapy in the immune therapy arena involve tagging a hybrid igg3 molecule with a targeted delivery vector, it follows logically, that one of the body's immune cancer surveillance modalities invlolves this antibody and normal levels may correlate with better cancer surveillance. Having said that, delivery vehicles in the future will involve adding igg3.

Don't know yet: Probably not but if there is a genetic risk with lung cancer it might include defects in specific immunoglobulins.
