Cannot tell: It is impossible to say without further information whether the vision can be improved with glasses or surgery. If there is a traumatic cataract that is potentially treatable with surgery. If there is optic nerve or retinal damage, the vision will not be correctable with glasses.

Possibly: If your decreased vision is due to refractive error or a cataract, it is very possible that your vision can be improved. However, if the visual part of your brain has been damaged, or your optic nerve, or retina, chance of visual recovery after 2 years is relatively low. A dilated eye exam with an ophthalmologist would give you the best answer for visual potential.
