Get examined: Prolonged coughing could be from bronchitis- excessive production in the bronchial tubes due to viral/bacterial infection, post-nasal drip, or from asthma( spasm of the airway from irritants), or pneumonia (less likely) etc. Get examined by your dr for a thorough assessment. Hope u feel better!
