Yes you can: It is good to take your medicine either first thing in the morning or in the evening, preferably when you have not eaten or you could take it 2 hours after eating. Most medicines were better absorbed into your system when taken on an empty stomach than on a full stomach.

Better fasting: It's only approved for before meals, although it you're consistent many people take it at other times for convenience. Make sure you're taking brand name replacement and that your levels are checked to insure correct dosage. Don't take within two hours of iron, calcium or vitamins.
