It does not poof out: Your pubis does not really "poof out" and for most women the tummy does not appear pregnant until about 3 months or so. Keep good/healthy wt and gain about 20-25lbs for your pregnancy, less if you are heavy to start. Eat well, sleep well, keep on with regular exercises, take the prenatal vitamins, and follow-up with doc regularly. Congrats and good luck.
