Oral Laxatives: My frist and sincere response to this question is to remember that you should not keep secrets from your doctor. If you need to keep secrets you may need to find a new physician or to discuss openly with him or her why you feel a need to keep secrets. My other response is knowing that some people think taking laxatives is a way to lose weight. This is a false and dangerous belief. It is not true.
