No.: If you are an apple (weight on middle and high waisted), what you eat is as important as how you eat. Cut carbs and sugars. Eating right does also not equate with too many calories, and most people overestimate their exercise intensity. Do what i said dietarily and keep a calorie count. Try for 1500 kcal per day down to 1200.
