Not much: Urine creatinine is concentrated with dehydration, but is always higher than blood creatinine except in severe kidney desease. The urine creatinine is much higher than blood in a normal state.. The importance of urine creatinine is in the calculation of creatinine clearance and fractional excretions. This requires interpretation by your physician.
