Today is day 10 after day 3 embryo transfer one 6 & 7 cell. i am 31. tuck an early hpt 10 miu and is negative. does that mean i'm not pregnant?

No!: You are testing too early with a d3 transfer, very rarely will you get a reliable positive if you test early. Keep the pregnancy test your ivf doc scheduled you for, do not change any medicines you are on, and good luck!
