Need more info: I have never heard that term but the answer will depend on what is causing the colon symptoms in the first place.

Depends on the cause: Colon swelling is not a diagnosis and may mean anything, whatever you are calling colon swelling needs to be described what it is exactly you are saying and then find the exact cause of it, then only you can tell if it is or not curable.

Colon swelling: Yes. Swelling of your abdomen can be from constipation or gas. Make sure you are having regular bms. I assume you are not having pain or blood. If so then you must have this investigated.
