VARICOCELE: If there are valve issues in the spermatic vein a varicocele can and will likely slowly enlarge with time. These are frequently assymptomatic however, no matter the grade.

Probably the same: All of the us are probably the same findings. A varicocele is a dialated vein. If it is listed as an "early" varicocele, it is small and at times, may not as much blood in it as other times, resulting in the us without any comment on the varicocele. There may also be some difference in reading the us and varicocele, based on difference of opinion by the radiologist.
