Treament fir trimenural neuralga?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

?trigeminal?: That refers to severe painful attacks over the face due to irritation of the trigeminal nerve, which could occur from compression, ms, etc. Most doctors would try Gabapentin or Lyrica (pregabalin) these days, but baclofen, carbamazepine, and even Trileptal have been useful. Surgical decompression with muscle pledgets, and catheter balloon decompressions have been also successful if medication fails.
