Toprol (metoprolol): Shouldn't be a problem, just resume your regular schedule unless you feel some new symptom.

BETA BLOCKER: It is a small dose but since you are also on Ativan (lorazepam) , it might slow you down or make you tired by slowing your pulse. See md if not feeling well.

Stay off high wire: Should not be a problem, but might cause a little imbalance until wears off. You should use a pill-sorter to keep each day / dose of pills in their own compartment to reduce the risk of re-dosing--or forgetting to take them. They are inexpensive and available at most pharmacies.

Take your meds: Watch your heart rate by taking your pulse every hour. If your heart rate trends down, or you feel light headed call your doc. Get a pill box at the local pharmacy, with enough slots for a week or two. Fill the slots with your medications on the weekend, take your medications inside the slot daily. The box will help you avoid medication errors. Good luck.
