You cannot: There is no prove that any medical or surgical treatment can increase the concentration and quality of sperm. More importantly, no specific medicine or surgery is proven to increase pregnancy in female partners of men with low sperm count. If the number of motile sperm is less than 10x10^6 motile sperm (concentration x % motility), ivf or ivf and icsi is the treatment of choice.
