Who Knows?: Who knows, hon? Either of them could have given you trichomonis, which requires medical treatment. So please see your doctor! the real question is why you are having unprotected sex with different guys, that can give you any disease including hpv and hiv. Please respect and honor your body, practice safe sex and take better care.

Can't tell: Unfortunately there isn't a way to determine that for certain. In the future the best way to avoid getting trich or any other std is abstain or use barrier protection like a condom. Also getting diagnosed with one std means the chance of having another is higher, so having a complete evaluation for this would be a good idea.
