See below: If it occurs only rarely may just be certain foods (high fructose corn syrup, diet soda) that don't turn off the hungry switch. If occurs often, see doc 2 b checked for diabetes, or thyroid problem. High glycemic carbs don't satisfy; they raise blood sugar quickly, followed by rapid drop; so you still feel hungry & eat more.
