Go slow with it: Most of the alternative medicines do not do a whole lot of good for you. So i would not spend too much money for things whose benefit is not scientifically proven. What are you trying to treat/prevent? Antioxidents are blown out of reality in their benefits. I doubt that you benefit much from such things.

Not easy but...: While you can do this, it takes a lot of time ; energy. The greatest benefits are from the seeds. You need to remove ; dry the seeds ; then crush them to make a tea or tincture or eat the seeds.
