Acetaminophen: Acetominophen is an analgesic(pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic(fever reducer), it is not an anti-inflammatory medication.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) allergy : Most patients who are allergic to antiinflammatories such as aspirin, aleve, motrin... Usually can tolerate tylenol (acetaminophen). As the dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) is increased, so too does the incidence of allergy to tylenol (acetaminophen).
